albelli is the controller of the processing of all personal data that fall within the scope of this Privacy Statement. This Privacy Statement indicates what personal data are collected and used (processed) by albelli and for what purpose, and to which persons or entities the data will or may be provided. albelli may share your personal data with external parties.
albelli processes your personal data to be able to print and deliver your order, which includes your order, the photos you uploaded, your order history, your name and your contact details. We process the personal data for the execution of the purchase agreement.
If you request an online version of a photo book you've ordered, albelli processes your photo book and all of its contents by making it available online for the purpose of allowing you to share it through a public link. If you also submit your online photo book to our inspiration gallery, we process it together with your first name for the purpose of giving inspiration to others by adding it to the gallery, making it searchable through search engines such as Google and possibly adding pages of it to our commercial messages such as newsletters and in social media ads. This processing of your personal data is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
Some of albelli’s subsidiaries offer the opportunity to customers to make use of a photo organizer and storage service, that is branded minnebanken on fotoknudsen.no and minbildbank on onskefoto.se. Customers can sign up online for this service, where they can store digital images to be uploaded through the website or the app. The personal data is processed on the basis of the consent of the customer. You may cancel the service at any time, after which we will delete the information as soon as possible.
For customer care albelli processes your personal data to be able to follow up on any questions or complaints, which includes logging and registering all information relevant to your question or complaint, both by phone, chat or e-mail. This includes your name, your contact details and your financial data. albelli has a legitimate interest in processing such information to provide you with the best service possible.
albelli may record phonecalls with our customer care agents for training purposes, which includes all information exchanged during the call, in any case your name and your contact details. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest to ensure our service standards remain high.
To make sure our products and services meet our customer’s wishes, we perform analyses on the use of our website and the selling of our goods and services, which includes data on your order history, customer care contacts, your name, your contact details and information collected from our website.
