This is the Privacy Statement of albelli regarding the manner in which we handle personal data of customers and visitors of our website(s). This Privacy Statement provides information on the processing of personal data by albelli.

This Privacy Statement is applicable to the processing by albelli of all personal data of its customers and visitors of its website(s). This Privacy Statement does not address the processing of personal data of applicants or employees in the context of their employment relationship with albelli, for which we have different statements.

albelli is the controller of the processing of all personal data that fall within the scope of this Privacy Statement. This Privacy Statement indicates what personal data are collected and used (processed) by albelli and for what purpose, and to which persons or entities the data will or may be provided. albelli may share your personal data with external parties.

4. For which purposes do we process your personal data?

Creating and delivering your photoproduct

albelli processes your personal data to be able to print and deliver your order, which includes your order, the photos you uploaded, your order history, your name and your contact details. We process the personal data for the execution of the purchase agreement.

Creating an online photo book and adding it to our inspiration gallery

If you request an online version of a photo book you've ordered, albelli processes your photo book and all of its contents by making it available online for the purpose of allowing you to share it through a public link. If you also submit your online photo book to our inspiration gallery, we process it together with your first name for the purpose of giving inspiration to others by adding it to the gallery, making it searchable through search engines such as Google and possibly adding pages of it to our commercial messages such as newsletters and in social media ads. This processing of your personal data is based on your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

Photo organizer and storage service

Some of albelli’s subsidiaries offer the opportunity to customers to make use of a photo organizer and storage service, that is branded minnebanken on fotoknudsen.no and minbildbank on onskefoto.se. Customers can sign up online for this service, where they can store digital images to be uploaded through the website or the app. The personal data is processed on the basis of the consent of the customer. You may cancel the service at any time, after which we will delete the information as soon as possible.

Customer Care

For customer care albelli processes your personal data to be able to follow up on any questions or complaints, which includes logging and registering all information relevant to your question or complaint, both by phone, chat or e-mail. This includes your name, your contact details and your financial data. albelli has a legitimate interest in processing such information to provide you with the best service possible.

Recording calls

albelli may record phonecalls with our customer care agents for training purposes, which includes all information exchanged during the call, in any case your name and your contact details. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest to ensure our service standards remain high.

Customer relationship and marketing

To make sure our products and services meet our customer’s wishes, we perform analyses on the use of our website and the selling of our goods and services, which includes data on your order history, customer care contacts, your name, your contact details and information collected from our website. We may also send you direct marketing e-mails, SMS and direct mail from which you may unsubscribe at any time. We furthermore use segment-based marketing as well as social media marketing, such as Facebook and Instagram. Smart Technology

In order to ensure our products and website(s) meet our customer’s expectations, we use algorithms, Artificial Intelligence and machine-learning for automatically creating products, by analysing photos uploaded to our servers for this purpose. By automatically creating products for customers we can bring the time to create a product from months to minutes. If we can’t process the data, some albelli brands can’t make any photoproducts or enable our service. The processing of personal data for these purposes is for the performance of the contract with you. For constant development of these techniques, we track changes made to the photoproducts in order for the technique to be applied better. The processing of personal data for these purposes is to enable customers to make photoproducts and to ensure a user-friendly product and website. The processing of personal data for these purposes is for the legitimate interest of ensuring our products and website(s) are as user-friendly as possible.

Compliance with legal requirements

We may process your personal data to comply with laws and regulations, which can include your name, contact details and financial data. This could, for example, be the case where tax or business conduct related obligations apply. In order to comply with relevant laws and regulations, we may need to disclose your personal data to government institutions or supervisory authorities.

We have implemented appropriate technical, physical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction or accidental loss, damage, alteration, unauthorised disclosure or access as well as all other forms of unlawful processing (including, but not limited to, unnecessary collection) or further processing. 8. How long are your personal data retained?

Your personal data will be removed or made anonymous when your personal data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which these personal data are processed.

You can lodge a complaint with us at any time by contacting our customer care department. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the data protection supervisory authority. If there is a breach of privacy, we will report it to the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens), as Albelli B.V., a company incorporated in the Netherlands, is the controller of personal data processing by bonusprint.
