I am doing a scrapbook for my son engagement and of course I need picture so as always I order at photobox there is always special offers and the quality is great and very good to keep you updated with your order. I have done a scrapbook on my son travelling and I use to print to put in albums and use photobox 90% of the time for over 20years, always happy never a problem

Very pleased with my final photo book, having never done one before I took a little time to get used to the app, and it was also helpful to read the instructions booklet, I was pleased with the price as it was 50% off, not sure I would want to pay the f ull price, delivery was also quicker than quoted so all in all very pleased and will use them again.

The upload is easy to do. Page layouts are very good and you can always add your own box or text. The colours of the photos are true. They must be doing something right as I have made about 12 albums before and I keep going back to do another.

I have used Photobox on previous occasions and always been happy with the quality of their products. This time, I had a canvas printed from a picture on my phone. The whole process was very easy and the print came well wrapped for transit. The processing and delivery time took less than I expected and I was kept informed of the progress of my item and the courier details and delivery time.

I created a book following a Holiday in Japan. Pretty easy to create myself, I wanted many more pages than the "automatic" option allowed, so positioned all the photos myself. Took some effort, but well worth it. I ordered two books; when they arrived one of the books had two pages printed upside down. I checked and the other book was fine, so I took photos of the incorrect pages and rang customer support. I told the very nice lady and said that I could send the pictures, she replied "Don't worry about that, we'll just send you a replacement book, keep the 'wrong' one." Now, that's what I call Customer Service! The replacement book arrived and I am a very happy bunny!
