I like the easy to use editor. I like the offers on books etc. especially if there is a two/three month time to complete the editing. One negative point: I pre paid a book that included glossy pages. When uploading it to their site to be printed, a page came up asking if I wanted glossy pages at an extra price or standard pages, so I declined paying the extra money. Not realising this, my book arrived in standard paper. When I phoned them & explained & pointed out that having done this there is no way to go back from that page to change to glossy pages & that nowhere it says I won't be charged any extra, the staff were helpful and eventually resolved the issue. All in all Photobox is an easy to use editor, the staff are helpful, the books arrive well packed and the quality is good. They get 5 stars because they resolved my issue.

I’ve been using Photobox for a couple of years to print photos and create photo albums. It’s very easy to design each page of the album yourself. I highly recommend it. I’ve never had any problems with them.
