Just wanted to say that your customer service is excellent. I've been a customer for many, many years now and have so many of your books, in all guises from all different 'upgrades' of editing programs (some good, some not so much). I've had very few duds in that time but when I've not been happy with the outcome the books have always been reprinted with no argument from yourselves. The last book I had was the most disappointing I've had. I thought the printing process may have changed as it arrived with all the photos looking washed our. The text colour selected was not the colour it usually is. It looked as though there was an ink colour missing (like on our domestic ink jets when one colour runs out). I reported the problem and this time, instead of reprinting automatically I was given a code and advised to go and take off the auto enhancement feature and do any other edits I wanted. Never had to do that before and always use it but, I did as advised and .... the reprint has arrived today. The difference is considerable! I won't be using the auto enhancement in future, although I've always used it before but now I don't trust whether is was a low ink problem or the fact that I'd used auto enhancement. Whatever, I'm more than happy with the reprinted version and just wanted to publicly thank you for such good customer service and quickly putting the problem right. It's been just 2 weeks since I put my original order in to having the book I have now, especially as it was a very special book for me. Amongst other things it covers the scattering of my late husbands ashes.
