I ordered two items as Christmas gifts. A personalised cushion and jigsaw. They were both received in the expected time frame and are both good quality. The cushion is well filled and nice and plump. The jigsaw made by Ravensburger is the same quality that you'd expect from an off the shelf one. Both the recipient and myself are very pleased with the products. I have one minor complaint, the number of emails that I receive from photobox is a little too many, whilst I will be unsubscribing from them I would still use the company in the future if I wanted personalised items.
