Are your personalised mugs microwave and dishwasher safe?
Our custom mugs are indeed both microwave and dishwasher safe. The only exception is our heat-changing mugs, which are microwave safe, but need to be hand washed to help preserve their effect.

What is the size and capacity of your photo mugs?
Our mugs are 8.2 x 9.5 cm, and hold up to 285ml – perfect for a nice, satisfying hot beverage in your personalised cup.

Will the picture mug be able to withstand heat?
When you fill them with hot liquid, our mugs do start to heat up – as all mugs do. But our high-quality printing makes sure that the photo on the mug is resistant to heat damage, and the sturdy handle will remain cool so you can sip your beverages safely.

How do you print the photo on the mug?
During our custom mug printing process, your photos are embedded into the ceramic through a process known as sublimation that uses heat and special top-quality inks. Think of it like a big oven – essentially, your photos are baked into your personalised mugs so they won't come off.
