Despite the initial delays advised by an automated email, I couldn't make contact with any customer service as phone line was no answer, web chat was an AI robot. My order was delivered only a day later than original advised. Therefore, I'm giving a 5 star. The photo book itself is of premium quality. I'm really pleased with it. Thanks

Quick and easy to do the photobook, especially with the automated option. Have used this company before and never had a problem. The only difference this time was, the photobooks used to arrive in a nice cover/sleeve, this time it didn't.
