Wedding Album: I ordered an XL Landscape Wedding Album totalling £250 (50% off voucher applied but still a lot of money). I noticed a typo on the front cover!!! I couldn’t believe it. I was devastated and I only noticed after a couple of weeks. Contacted Photobox and explained the importance of the book. As a good will gesture they immediately agreed to send an entire copy of the book with any corrections I required. I was over the moon to say the least. What a service?!!! The system is easy to use, I make annual photo books for our family. And also smaller books for friends after holidays - this year I made a mistake and only realised after I had ordered. I called as soon as I could and the customer services person was brilliant, helped me resolve the issue and I was most grateful. I do find the books expensive, and tend to wait until there is an offer code. Quality of the books is excellent and delivery is quick.
