Beautiful results
Most importantly the colour balancing in the photos was really accurate so the photos showed true colours - often they can come out looking watered down. It was easy to upload especially as I was choosing hundreds of photos for printing. The matte finish of the photos means finger prints is much less of an issue. Delivery was prompt and discount for bulk buying was valued. Was so delighted I ordered more and my daughter then did too. Would definitely recommend and will certainly use again. Really delighted :-)

Always a great service
I have been using Photobox for a few years now and I've always had great service. The online creative tool can take a bit of getting used to but overall I've been really pleased with the results. The quality of the photobooks are great and the choice of albums, layouts and finishes are brilliant. I will always consider them again for recording our memories.

The quality is always excellent
The quality is always excellent. Constructively, the problem I have is time. I have certain books in mind that I want to create and order, however there never seems to be enough time to create during the order process. I know you address this from time to time by allowing us to pay and order in advance, but it would be good if that was a permanent option. Also, s useful feature would be if we were allowed to create a save a draft. Just my take. Thank you.

Easy to create a photobook
I created my first photobook to document a recent trip with friends. The website was easy to use and I was able to use the margins to standardise my photos. I gifted two copies to my friends who were overwhelmed by the quality and finish of the books. The order was tracked and arrived within the timeframe predicted by the company.

I have tried different companies over the years and have found that photo box give the best quality and colour. One complaint though, and I know I am not the only one, you have to tick to get gloss, with other firms this comes as standard. If you forget it can be disappointing when you receive them. Always received quickly as well.
