Amazing support with order error
I made a typing error on a large order and only noticed the next day. Photobox were amazing. I used Phoebe- the chat box to check the status of my order out of hours so I knew it hadn’t been printed. Photobox then answered the phone straight away in hours, cancelled my order and provided me with a voucher to re-order with the correction. They stayed on the phone to make sure my voucher worked. I will surely remain a very loyal customer after this fantastic experience!

Since my son died on 14th December 2025 I realised living in the modern age of mobile phones, that I didn't have any physical copies of my son as an adult. As you can imagine I wanted prints of EVERYTHING I didn't already have. I have ordered a few times now, prints of 6 x 4 and some 7 x 5 so I could get them framed. I think the service is fast and very reasonable.
