I have ordered quite a few Photobooks in the past and again needed another,I submitted all pics ,No problem but added more pages to fill and off went order,,When I received the Book eich is absolutely gorgeous, clear pics Good quality and well made and designed, BUT the extra pages hadn't been completed,,,My mistake,,so got in contact via chat box but waiting time was long so had to make a phone call,spoke to an absolutely helpful and polite gentleman, Amar I think his name was ,(Apologies if spelling is wrong ) Ge sorted problem , with a code ,No extra charge , so if this is not great customer service, what is ...well done Photobox, Highly appreciated and recommend..Will be ordering. I have created over 40 Books with your company and although have tried other companies, still come back to you. There was a period when you updated your software that gave me issues but i have now found a work around. In general i find your site and platform easy to use and usually but when you have an offer.

Had a photo printed as though it were done in oil. Our Honeymoon Book
My wife and I could not be happier with our honeymoon book. The order was a little delayed but well worth the wait. We opted for the hard-back cover. The colours were vibrant and looked beautiful on the glossy pages that we selected. The pages were lovely and thick, not like some you get. The book we ordered was the extra large one, A3 size. It would have been nice however if the company sold display boxes for this size book and that would have finished it off perfectly. Overall excellent service and excellent product.
