Easy to use and great result
The process of creating my photo book was very straightforward. There are two ways of doing it: one where you select the photos and they are placed in the book for you and the other where you position them yourself. The first option is very quick and easy but the photos weren’t placed logically enough for me. The second option takes longer but you put the photos where you want them which I preferred. The result was great. Im really pleased with my photobook. I’ll definitely use this company again.

I recently ordered some multi picture posters to replace some previous ones from Photobox that were a little old and out of date (family pictures). Whilst my wife and I heeded the picture quality flags and carefully checked each picture fitted, we didn't notice that certain combinations create a small vertical border. Two of the four posters duly arrived with borders. Checking the proofs they were indeed visible but I contacted Photobox to suggest a flag on the screen to point out any posters that have borders, much like the picture quality notice. Not only did they listen, they offered to redo the two posters for me. Great product, prompt delivery and superb aftercare....What's not to like?
