Our volume discounts apply to same size prints or photo gifts placed in the same order. Of course they don't have to be the same image!

Photo quality
We provide you with a quality rating on every item you place in your shopping basket and we'll always warn you if we think there's a quality issue. See our image quality advice guide for further details.
Photo editing
By default we crop images to match the aspect ratio of your selected print size. Thumbnail images in your shopping basket show any cropping we intend to do. You are also given the opportunity to edit the crop yourself.
You can now edit your own images using our new Picnik photo editing suite. It is easy to do such things as cropping, resizing, red-eye removal, adjusting brightness and colours yourself plus much more.
VAT
Prices shown include VAT at the appropriate rate. For all UK orders that's 17½%. For orders delivered to the Republic of Ireland the rate is 13½% for photographic prints, and 21% for non-photographic items such as gifts and card products. For all other EU countries VAT is calculated at 17½%. Orders being delivered outside the EU (including tax free zones such as Jersey, Guernsey, Monaco and Switzerland) are VAT exempt.
Payment methods
Your total order cost is charged to your credit or debit card at the time of ordering. We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Maestro, Visa Electron and PayPal. All payment transactions are encrypted and conducted over secure servers. Once your order is accepted you will receive confirmation from us by email. Please note we are under no obligation to accept orders.

Refund policy
In the unlikely event that we are unable to fulfil your order you will receive a full refund to your credit or debit card. If there is an error in the fulfilment of your order, please contact us and we will correct the error or refund as necessary. We reserve the right to request the return of print and gift items before a refund is issued.
Special offer prices
We regularly offer special promotional prices for our services. These prices are only applied to orders placed online. We regret that orders placed by telephone, email and post do not qualify.
