It depends on which Photo Book you choose! Most of our Photo Books come with 26 pages as standard, but you have the option to edit the book size and add extra pages for a small fee. Our A3 and A4 Personalised Photo Books can hold a maximum of 160 pages at standard paper thickness, or 128 pages at upgraded paper thickness. Our other Photo Books range between 70 and 120 maximum pages (with a few exceptions).

We have a range of paper thicknesses in our Photo Books, so you can find the right paper for you. Our standard paper quality is 170gsm, which is glossy, flexible and durable. The paper can be upgraded in most of our books. Our lay flat books are 380gsm as standard, which is thick like card and makes pages stay flat, even when turning.

Absolutely! Some of our Photo Books, such as the A4 Professional Lay Flat and the Premium Photo Books already come with their own gift box. You can also add a gift box to all of our hardcover A4, A3, Square and Large Square Photo Books (apart from the Square Quick Photo Book). For all our A4 Photo Books, you can also opt to have them gift wrapped for a small fee.

'Lay flat' is the name for a type of book binding. It means the photo book opens completely flat at the spine because of how the pages are bound together. Our lay flat photo book pages are extra-thick, too, which helps them open flat. This type of binding means that none of your photo gets lost in the spine, and it's perfect for a page layout that spreads panoramic photos across two pages.

You can add text captions inside all our Photo Books, in a variety of different fonts and layout options. You can also write on the cover and, in some cases, the spine of these books: the A4 and A3 Personalised Photo Books, Little Moments Photo Book, A4 and A3 Lay Flat Photo Books, Square Hardcover Photo Book, My First Baby Photo Board Book, A4 Professional Lay Flat Photo Book, A4 Portrait Photo Book, Square Quick Photo Book, Square Premium Photo Book, Square Lay Flat Photo Book, Square Softcover Photo Book, A5 Small Softcover Photo Book, Square Spiral Photo Book and Photo Journal.

This is entirely up to you! Some of our Photo Books, such as our Little Moments Photo Book, can be made in minutes on your phone. We can help to autofill other books, too, giving you a head start to upload photos and begin making your masterpiece. How long you spend adding captions, backgrounds, experimenting with layouts and designs is up to you - you can spend as much time or as little as you want.
