Xperia™ Z5, Z5 Compact, Z5 Premium PhotoBox prints and canvas Offer ("Offer")


Promoter: Sony Mobile Communications AB (of 221 88 Lund, Sweden (the ‘Promoter’) from 22nd February 2016 to 30th April 2016 (“Promotion Period”), or while stocks last. In addition to the Offer terms and conditions set out below and the Sony Legal Notice including User Terms and Privacy Notice available at www.sonymobile.com/global-en/legal/, you hereby accept and agree that the rules below may apply without limitation to the Offer and your use of this website. In addition, any instructions on how to enter this Offer form part of these terms and conditions.
  • 1. To participate in this Offer you (hereinafter “you” or the “Participant”) need to purchase the Xperia™ Z5, Z5 Compact, Z5 Premium from a participating partner’s direct sales channels (online, stores or telesales) during the Promotion Period
  • 2. Having purchased an Xperia™ Z5, Xperia™ Z5 Compact or Xperia™ Z5 Premium on any Pay Monthly tariff directly from a participating partner (Carphone Warehouse, O2, EE, Three, Vodafone, Virgin, Tesco and associated retail distributors), during the Promotion Period, you may participate and claim from PhotoBox UK one 20 x 30cm Canvas Lite and 50 Photo Prints each month for 12 months. Canvas P&P and first month P&P for 50 prints is included. Minimum £2.99 P&P for 50 prints per month for remaining 11 months is at the customer’s expense (each an “Offer Product”) in accordance with these terms and conditions from 22nd February 2016 00:00:00 to 30th April 2016 23:59:59, or while stocks last. The customer must activate the account and therefore receive the first code by the 31st May 2016. The code each month is to be activated 31 days after receiving the email and there is a further 31 days from entering the code into your PhotoBox account to redeem the code.
  • 3. You can obtain an Offer Product from www.PhotoBox.co.uk/xperiaZ5offer. You will: i. visit Xperia Lounge and click on the PhotoBox promotional offer - a push notification via Xperia Lounge will also be sent to the customer between 1 and 4 weeks after activation reminding them to redeem the offer ii. register with PhotoBox UK, or (if you have already registered) log into your PhotoBox UK account iii. agree to PhotoBox UK's Terms of Use (https://www.photobox.co.uk/content/legal/terms-of-use) and Privacy Policy (https://www.photobox.co.uk/content/legal/privacy ), unless you have previously agreed to them iv. receive the code via email v. input your code at www.PhotoBox.co.uk/xperiaZ5offer and follow the instructions which you are given there vi. select your Offer Product; vii. provide all other requested information necessary for the delivery of the Offer Product, and (where required) payment of any additional charges you may agree to incur.
  • 4. The customer must claim and enter the Code at the micro-site specified by PhotoBox for the relevant activated Territory (the “Territory Micro-Site“) by the end of the Promotional Period.   • 5. You are only entitled to one canvas and 12 print codes for 12 months. Your code may only be redeemed once. Your code cannot be combined with any other promotion, code, or offer, or used to redeem any items other than the Offer Product on PhotoBox.
  • 6. The canvas code and first month print code will also cover the standard cost of postage and packaging to one UK address for the chosen Offer Produc
  • 7. If you choose to add features to an Offer Product, or to select a special or non-standard delivery option, you may incur additional charges.
  • 8. RRP of the 20 x 30cm Canvas Lite including delivery is £19.95 as of 22nd February 2016.
  • 9. RRP of the Photo Prints (based on standard 6x4 photo prints) are £6 each and delivery for the first month is included.
  • 10. The remaining 11 months of postage and packaging for the 50 Photo Prints is up to the customer to pay (total cost to consumer is £32.89 if only one order of 50 prints is redeemed per month for 11 months).
  • 11. If an Offer Product is legitimately returned, you will not be entitled to receive the cash value of it, but will be entitled to a refund of any additional charges you have paid for it, unless PhotoBox replaces the Offer Product with an alternative (with your consent).
  • 12. PhotoBox may refuse to allow the use of a code if they believe the code has been obtained or used wrongfully, fraudulently or in breach of these terms and conditions
  • 13. The Promotion is not open to officers or employees of PhotoBox Limited or Sony Mobile Communications AB, nor to officers or employees of their respective group companies.
  • 14. This Offer is only open to devices opened and activated in the UK.
  • 15. This Offer is open to residents of the UK, aged 18 and over only.
  • 16. This Offer is specifically related to the purchase of the Xperia™ Z5, Z5 Compact, Z5 Premium.
  • 17. Trade customers who participate must seek senior management consent. Any tax liability is the participants own responsibility.
  • 18. Customers are only eligible to redeem per qualifying Sony Xperia™ product.

  • 20. If you return your Xperia™ Z5, Z5 Compact, Z5 Premium your code will be invalidated.
  • 21. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for codes that are misdirected, lost, delayed, damaged or corrupted.
  • 22. Participating partner terms apply when purchasing an Xperia™ Z5, Z5 Compact, Z5 Premium.
  • 23. Owing to circumstances outside the reasonable control of the Promoter and only where circumstances make this unavoidable, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Offer at any time but will use all endeavours to minimise the effect to the consumer in order to avoid disappointment
  • 24. The code for the Offer Product cannot be exchanged and there is no cash alternative to a code or Offer Product, The Promoter reserves the right to substitute an Offer Product for a suitable alternative of equal or greater value.
  • 25. You are responsible for any costs or expenses incurred as a result of participation in the Offer (including without limitation the purchase of an Xperia™ Z5, Z5 Compact, Z5 Premium), costs of using the code for an Offer Product, including accessing the internet if applicable. Costs to enter the Offer via the internet may vary so please check with your local service provider for current charges.
  • 26. No responsibility will be accepted by the Promoter for attempts to use a code under this Offer which are lost, delayed, misdirected, damaged, or undelivered, whether due to technical difficulties affecting electronic communication or other reasons.
  • 27. The Sony Privacy Notice displayed at http://www.sonymobile.com/global-en/legal/ under "Privacy" applies to any processing of data by Sony under this Offer; PhotoBox’s Privacy Policy (https://www.photobox.co.uk/content/legal/privacy) applies to all processing of data by PhotoBox under this Offer
  • 28. Sony Mobile Communications will not be responsible for any failed connection by your attempt to access this Website for whatever reason.
  • 29. You agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
  • 30. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
