• Can I send multiple gift cards?
Yes you are able to send any number of gift cards to the same UK address.
• What is the minimum / maximum value I can load onto a gift card?
The minimum value that you can load onto your gift card is £15 and the maximum is £40.
• Can I add a personal message?
Yes, you can write a personal message of up to 250 characters. This will be printed and included with your Gift Card for standard and personalised cards and within the email body for eGift Cards.
• Can I send / spend a gift card abroad?
Delivery is to mainland UK addresses only. Gift Cards can only be redeemed at www.photobox.co.uk.
• Who do I contact with questions / queries?
Customer Service for Gift Cards is managed by Photobox’s Gift Card partner, Nitecrest. You can contact them by calling 0345 340 9581 or emailing firstname.lastname@example.org.
• What delivery options are there?
Delivery of standard and personalised Gift Cards will be to the UK address specified in your order. Postage will cost £2.50 and will be sent via Royal Mail First Class post. Please note that next day delivery is not available for orders placed via this website. For eGift Cards will be delivered immediately via email to the recipient email address specified by you as part of your order.
