What will happen to my old creation?

It's not goodbye! If you've already completed your creations in the old studio, you can order them anytime from the My Account page. You won't be able to edit them after the end of October 2020 though, since our old studio won't be able to run anymore. Find out more about your products here.

Why is Photobox changing studios?

Unfortunately, the Flash Player software which our old creation studio runs on won't be supported by Adobe from October 2020 anymore. This affects all browsers like Google and Microsoft, which are removing flash support altogether. Our solution? We've created a brand new studio, where you can create your personalised Calendars even more easily and try our exciting new features. Sorted!

How can I add text to my creation in the new studio?

To add some text to your calendar, click the text icon ('T' in dotted-line box) from the toolbar in the top left corner. A pop-up window will appear for you to start adding your text. You can then change the font, size, alignments and colour or move the box anywhere you like. Click on it again to make some more edits! Made a mistake? Just click the 'Undo' arrow to go back a step.

How can I edit my photos in the new studio?

To change your photo size, click it and drag the pink frame of the photo corner sideways, or up and down. To move your photo, hover your mouse into the centre of the image and click it until you see a 'target circle' appear. Then you can drag the photo with your mouse sideways or up and down, depending on the size. Your handy toolbar will be on the right hand side, with options to zoom in, rotate, flip, cut, swap, remove or place your photo above or below another.
