The most popular New Year’s resolutions (and how to stick to them)
Now that you’ve finished the last leftovers from Christmas dinner and the minces pies have all been gulped down, you’re probably turning your attention to the year ahead.
With January just about to start, it’s time for new resolutions. Here’s a list of the most popular (and a few tips and tricks to help you stick to them for longer than a week):
This is a difficult one to keep. Every new year we all start a new gym membership only to cancel it a few months later… To keep motivation running high all year round, we recommend writing down on your calendar the days you’re planning to exercise. Make it a commitment to yourself and you’re more likely to never skip a session.
Spend less time on social media
Phones, iPad, tablets… Gotta love them. But if you feel like you want a little tech detox in the new year, we have the perfect solution for you.
