This method is ideal for uploading large numbers of photos and is compatible with all web browsers.
1. Installing the uploader
If image transfer doesn’t start after ten seconds here’s what to do:
- Internet Explorer users » Click on the yellow bar at the top of your screen, then click on the ActiveX control.
- Firefox users »Click on the button at the top of the window that says, ‘To install missing plugins’ and follow the instructions.
If the bar doesn’t appear you probably have limited administration rights on your computer and should contact your computer administrator, or use the traditional upload method.

2. Photo size & format
All photos need to be in JPEG format. The larger the image size the longer your photos will take to upload. We accept photo sizes between 20KB and 10MB. For an optimal balance of transfer time and image quality we advise you don’t exceed 5MB.
3. Selecting your photos
1 Select the folder containing the photos you want to transfer.
2 Select several photos by left clicking your mouse whilst holding down Control and Shift on your keyboard.
3 Click "To add" to validate your selected photos, or "Add all" if you wish to upload all the photos in the folder.
4 Finally click "Start upload".
4. Upload progress
A bar will appear to show how long your images will take to be uploaded. Once uploaded you can view them, share with friends, and create great photo gifts.
